Stroller Strides®
We are excited to see you in class!
For Cuesta Park classes: We meet off of the tennis court parking lot, cross streets are Cuesta Drive and Montalto Drive.
For Las Palmas Park classes: We meet near the rec building, off of the smaller parking lot off of Russet Drive! If the lot if full, there is plenty of street parking!
Please bring a yoga mat or towel and make sure you've signed our waiver prior to class. You will also need your own resistance band after your first class, which you can purchase from us or a retailer like Amazon.
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
