Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun!

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga.

Strides 360™

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar or dumbbells will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength-based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

Body Boost®

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work, and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well-being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.


FIT4BABY® Prenatal

FIT4BABY is a workout classes designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This program includes community-based workouts, weekly educational themes, a private group and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. FIT4BABY will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Join us on the third Friday of every month for FIT4MOM Friday @ Santana Row! This is a Stroller Strides® class. 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

FIT4MOM Fun Runs are free and open to everyone! No running experience needed.

The Do's and Don'ts of Pre/Postnatal Fitness

Join us for “Strong Beginnings: The Do’s and Don’ts of Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness,” led by local prenatal/postpartum fitness expert, and FIT4MOM SV owner, Rachel Kitt. This practical and empowering talk will guide you through essential fitness tips for every stage of pregnancy, including your first months after giving birth.

Our Village Playgroup

Have a baby, toddler, or big kid who isn't in daycare, preschool, or kinder yet? Join us every Wednesday at 10:30AM at the Cuesta Park playground istiars n Mountain View for playgroups, fun for babies and toddlers of all ages. We provide coffee and orange juice for mamas as well. No membership is required, open to ALL mamas.

Our Village - Mommy and Me Lunch Out

Join us on the first Friday of every month at 11AM at the Erik’s Deli near Cuesta Park! Drive over or walk over after class. Have kids at school during the day? Come join us! No membership is ever required!

Our Village - Moms Only

Join us once a month for a fun Moms Night Out! Leave the kiddos at home (except for nursing newborns, they are always welcome!) and come out for some mama-only fun! Our MNOs range from s'more at the park, wine nights, and Target scavenger hunts. These entertaining Moms' Nights Out are YOUR time to connect with other mamas. No membership required to attend!

Our Village - Family Event

Join us every month for an "Our Village" family event! These take place on Saturday early afternoons and include partners and kids of all ages. We have gone to the pumpkin patch together, celebrated Halloween with a pizza party and parade, and a Friendsgiving. No membership is required to attend!

The Mindful Mama 30-Day Experience

$49 for class pack holders and non-members. FREE for all current unlimited and LITE members. The Mindful Mama is a 30-day course designed for women who want to live with more intention in every area of her life. Lisa Druxman, the founder of FIT4MOM & author of The Empowered Mama, takes you on a journey of meditation, mindful habits, and activities to help you create a life you LOVE to live.
